China Three Gorges

China Three Gorges (CTG) is a Chinese state-owned power company and the country's largest offshore wind developer. Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Beijing, CTG develops, owns, and operates offshore wind projects along China's coast and internationally. Around 3 GW of offshore wind capacity is under construction, reflecting China's rapid offshore build-out. The company's core business spans hydropower and renewable development, engineering, construction, and operations, with offshore wind as a strategic growth area. CTG holds a leading position in the Chinese offshore wind market by installed capacity and pipeline, and increasingly invests in European and Asia-Pacific projects as part of its global clean-energy expansion.
